I used to send the interested person a emailed caresheet, a very full one and then if they were still interested I'd talk, it saved me having to answer questions and weedled out the time wasters. My sheet covered all I could think of and was enough to make people think about whether they were really interested etc, it worked for me.

I'm with Bev, I don't think I could breed and sell the babies, I'd be worried I'd pick a bad owner, though I'm a pretty good judge of character and not often wrong, I'd still worry.
Sadly there are too many a**holes in this world. Unfortunately, they don't stop at buyers, I spoke to a few breeders that were too, you just know they're farming and the babies will be sick but they say the right things and if you don't know what you're doing, they sucker you in. Pet shops alike.
