I would say the first one is a male hermann herc. Don't now about the second, they are both lovely, the second one looks really old, how old is it he is gorgeous!!! Every time I see an ibera I fall in love a little - I think I need to get myself one!!

The first one is a male Testudo hermanni hercegovinensis The second on is a male Testudo graeca ibera

thanks for the kind comments, the hermann is thought to be around 10 years old,
and the ibera is thought to be around 40/50 yrs old
