I agree it's time you stopped. I gave up 6 months ago it was hell but i'm so glad i did I feel so much better now.

been 15 months for me now, but i'll admit though i have cravings for mini cigars so i offer them to myself from time to time

you have done it b4 so you can try again, good luck.

Steven must have giving up 50 times but he is also off them 6 months thanks to the new buget here in ireland cigs are now 7.50 euro no way. We were spending 475 a month on cigs between us MADNESS.

Our pockets felt better and so do we

Think of the money you would be saving and all the things you could do with it.

Darren, Billy is gorgeous, and is obviously telling you he doesn't like your bad habbit, so give it up and spend your money on more treats for him!!!

I have never smoked in my life, when I met Martin he smoked (YUK), but every time he tried to light up I would blow out the match or lighter, and I refused to go out with him while he smoked. He went off to Germany for a month (think it was Germany) and when he came back he was no longer smoking.... We have been together 21 years in July
