Default red foot tortoise sick?

Hi everyone!!

I bought my red foot tortoise a year ago and she was growing and eating and everything was fine but I noticed that she got some white dots on her shell and on her right foot. She also started smelling pretty bad. I took her to the vet and she told me that everything was fine and that the white dots were only because she had grown. Can someone help me find out if she is ok? I don’t trust 100% on what the vet told me. She eats and moves and seems to be ok. I’m just worried about the white dots and the smell.

Thanks

That's perfectly normal for a Cherryhead Redfoot
