Update on Saffron and Nutmeg, pleased to say they are both awake, eating and very active.
I woke them both up yesterday as after last weeks big freeze, I was really worried as mine are box hibernated and the temps were really low in our area. I knew more snow was predicted for today and couldn’t take the risk any longer. Nutmeg who was the one I was thinking of overwintering due to his weight took an age to wake up compared to Saffron scared me to death but all is well and I’m so glad I decided to hibernate again. It’s really lovely to have them both back. Roll on the Summer and thanks again for all your support 😃 |

And even future hibernations, but you know provided you monitor closely thought out the Summer months and all is well, that they will come through hibernation:0)

Good to hear your update.
I am pleased to say I am gradually worrying less year on year.
