Default Sex please! ;-)

Hi all, can you see if you can sex my Torties?

Darwin is 3 years and 2 months





Archimedes will be 3 in September





Galileo will also be 3 in September but is MUCH smaller





Faraday is 18 months old





Einstein is also 18 months old

That's a nice mix- especially as the girlies can be housed together. Nice to have one male amongst them too.

Yes. I'm Hoping to put them all together eventually, well the girls at least! I was worried it would be the other way around!

Einstein and Faraday are together at the moment, I haven't seen any pestering, when do you think I'd need to separate them? They've been together forever and sleep next to each other! Will they miss each other? xx

taking into account I am not good with THB as they are not that common are they. I would say same as Emma (I didn't look but wrote down first)but would go with Male for Darwin...?! only because his butterfly wings (scute shape) doesn't bend so steeply down as a female might. CB

When I had Oliver, Oscar and Hugo in together as hatchlings they started ramming and mounting when they were about two and a half. The squeaking started to drive us all mad, so the triple table was built!

I'd say while there's no pestering going on, they're fine together for the moment.

Hmm, no one has ever said male for Darwin except you and someone on a fb group today, she's always been female. Lol. Thank you x
