she is such a beauty Lacard, and I do think she may be older than 20 if your friends are unsure. no ear abscess, no foreign body in eye, no cherry eye, suspected tumour but never heard of this on a reptile, .....nascal cavity? food can get up into the roof into the cavity and cause swelling or infection. vet ruled out infection....! it could be the first treatment didn't work whatever it is. is it worth insisting on a different treatment? personally I think if she is eating sleeping and moving it will subside itself as the Vet has intervened already. worth the warm soak on the eye with the hayfever solution though. If its topical for humans it will be ok for her if she has rubbed it raw.
