I would like to apologise on behalf of Rach and Rach to any of our chineese tort friends, they don't know any better and she is from Bwistol.

Bok choi and pak choi are the same, different people call it different names, horses for courses.

When I sprout my seeds they are rinsed 3/4 times a day with cold water while they are growing, making conditions for bacteria unfavourable. We have never had any problems with them and I give them to my birds and my son loves them. I bet all of you have eaten cress at some point in your lives and they are just sprouts like Alfalfa.
