Tortoise photos May 2021
seriously they are quite mad ! They make me laugh a lot - horsfields are wonderful
And the girls - they eat everything and anything. They even know now to knock over the pots for the weeds. This is not staged they do this all the time in a circle for breakfast lunch and dinner. Peggy is doing well gordon, she is a real favorite and i fight her corner as she is usually last to dinner. And Spa day

Gorgeous - all of them! Love the spa day pic. How old is that little one now?
I really have a thing about watching mine eat all together and I could stand and watch them until it's all gone, which to be honest, doesn't take long. Is that a fig tree in front of the greenhouse, Clare?

thanks both. aren't tortoises fantastic. the little one is from Gordon few years ago so I think around 4 now. they are mall and inside cause they are so cute and tiny and I think they would get lost on a couple of blades of grass and panic !!!
Olive Tree Emma - its a bit mad though and the one in greenhouse is artificial because it routinely hits between 48 and 59 degrees but these are crazy old horsfields and they love a reason to dig !!

So nice. I'm thinking of a couple of bay trees to be all posh and adorn each side of the front door but I'm not sure whether to go real or faux topiary...

Absolutely love your pictures. 19 eggs that must be a record no wonder she looks tired! Think the most I had from my margie in one go was 14. xx
