If the sides are high enough for the size of the tort, he can't climb out. What size tortoise?

Hi
I personally chose a cage as I knew it would be dog proof! Sophie |

i would have thought a tort would have been able to climb up the sides of the cage- maybe leading to it falling off and landing on its back
?
