I can't remember anything like that when I was younger. I do sometimes suffer from it now, but that's only when I watch Rachel Khoo and her cookery shows.

Growing pains I would say, I had simillar pains. It could be something simple like tight trousers. If he get severe pain I would be strieght to A-E

Does he play sports a lot of excercise? I had something similar a few months ago and it turned out to be a groin strain from swimming. Had ultrasound done to be double safe though
