Sounds cool though the rate of pay for apprentices is quite scandalous. I work in a nursery too and we have an apprentice who's not even on £3 an hour. She's included in ratio and has key children to do learning journey files for but still her pay won't go up until she's fully qualified.

I agree, it's scandalous the pay an apprentice gets. I know a girl doing a nursery apprenticeship, she gets approx £2.00 per hour and she has the responsibility of some of the children at times on her own. She works her little socks off and they do take advantage too.
