That means the clear membrane surrounding the embryo hasn't pulled down yet, so not that close to hatching yet.

Ok so when that clear bubble is at the top is when its close to hatching. Is that right and i have put the water in now

a clear round bubble is usually a place where the white membrane has pulled away from the eggshell. It sometimes means the humidity hasn't been high enough. That won't move around the egg, it will just stay where it is.

I have put the bowl of water in now.

Do you think they will be ok. Am worried ....

I've only had the experience of one egg in the incubator and that was stressful enough. It sounds like your eggs are getting close to pipping once the membrane pulls down. My Hermann hatchling arrived at 63 days.
