It's amazing that they all have their own personalities, I have bully ones, quiet ones, those who are first up in the morning, those who don't get up 'till lunchtime, ones who sit with their mouths open every time I appear, but yet others prefer to forage and won't eat if I'm in their line of
sight. My gravid female didn't even acknowledge the other tort, when she was in the mood to dig, she just ignored everything even her favourite foods. She might just be feeling the Spring, most of mine are all a bit fidgety, rampaging round their enclosures in the greenhouse and being moody. I'll be pleased when they're out in their outside enclosures and can stretch their legs a bit more.
Good luck.
Karen

ha ha all my 6 are different as well, i also have ones that are up before the lights, after the lights, up in afternoon or dont get up at all on days. Bully ones and qiuet ones, really greedy ones, and my sweet little hatchling Tyler that comes running over when ever he spots me (well as tortoises run anyway lol) x

Lilly my first tortoise dominates the lot, especially the bigger girls, I should have named her "Sumo" lol x

I'll still take a look lol, is there a picture? if he doesnt know if its male or female it will be worth seeing the underside and tail of the tortoise. I cant get on that forum at the moment, in on my work internet and have saved this forum as a favourite and it lets me get on it (strangely) but it blocks the RFUK, so will take a look when i get home x
