Does anyone else get loads of sales calls on their home phone? - Page 4

I get them too, I just leave the answer machine get them.

I have caller display so only pick up if I know the number.

The old day's, anonymouse calls were just bouts of heavy breathing from fashion expert's, wanting to no what i'm wearing

I never answer my land line
awful isn't it?
but having way too many sales calls put me off answering my phone ever
I get back if my family rings but that is it
definently never answer the boss
there is a thing called Telephone Preference Service 0845 07 007 07
it is free
it takes a month but when you register with it, it is supposed to stop sales calls
it does cut them down but the odd one gets through
tell them they can be fined £1000 if they ring you
they usually put the phone down then
