Default id please on this tort

Hello Again
this is a picture of a tortoise i am having (hopefully) i am still relativy new to tortoise keeping so
could somebody confirm its a hermans and is that frill on the rear of the shell ok?

Yes it is a Hermanns tortoise, Testudo hermanni. We'd need to see a plastron (bottom shell) to tell subspecies and sex.
If you do get it, make sure the Article 10 is in the seller's name. If the Article 10 isn't in the seller's name, than the sale would be illegal.

thanks again dan, here is a picture of the plaston.
could you please id sex/sub species and does the shell look ok ,top and bottom in the 3 pictures?

You have a male eastern hermann's tortoise (Testudo hermanni boettgeri).

With that kind of tail and scutes, sure does look very male to me. How big/old is it?
