Hi Hope all goes well with nesting! I have an "self-made" incubator too; Polystyrene box, heat mat and completed humidity-thermometer. This has worked well Two of my oldest eggs has hatched, and two small babys has arrived. The third egg has pipped at last night.

Did you say you had a mat stat and poly box? If yes then if you have a heat mat then you can make an incubator from them.
