Hi Tracy,
If you only changed form Nutrobal to Reptavite about 1 month ago this would not be the cause of MBD, tortoises are very slow to show most symptoms, I would be taking Dan's advice on board and get the Vit D3 into him. Are you also offering calcium on its own?? Mine love the powder mixed with water and dried out into a cake. I hope Cecil is soon on the mend.

Thanks ade, linda told me how to make the limestone flour in to a cake so im going to try that asap

I can promise you that one month of calcium change has nothing to do with this. I hate to be critical of a professional like a vet but you may want to get a second opinion.
