Found a turtle
So one of my russian tortoises got out of the pen, dug her way out the one corner the fencing didn't quite cover of course. So while I was looking for my tortoise I found someone else's ornate box turtle. After a nail trim, a beak trim, and some worms and canteloupe, she's settled in quite nicely. I'll have to post pics when my camera is working.

Well done for the rescue! Have you enquired in the neighbourhood to see if anyone has lost theirs?

I put her on the lost pets forums and posted some flyers at the petstore and animal shelter in case her family is missing her.

That's a shame you didn't find your tortoise, hopefully he / she turns up.
Have you posted ads saying you have lost your tortoise? Have you had any enquiries about the turtle you found? Ade
