Out of six only one hatched from my last Herc clutch and it looked exactly like this, she was only 7-8gr tiny, that was in January she has always been very active and only in the last 6 weeks has went from 12g to 22gr. She also hatched on day 54

That's either part of the membrane or the nasty sticky bit
