cool video . always surprised me the amount of shops and owners of alliagotor turtles and mata matas. theses are pretty harmful animals that need a large area, yet alot of novices have these and keep them in fish tanks. saw a mata mata for sale in a fish tank 3 times smaller than the turtle and it was for sale for £35. so u just know some person is going buy that for cheapness.

i love ali snappers they are so hard but should only be kept and handled by experienced keepers, i hve worked with them but never kept them mainly due to the space needed.
I have however kept thier smaller brethren ,the common snapping turtle which are just as hard and narly, these guys eat like horses and will try to eat anything in range of there neck.
They are an amazing species but very dangerous and to be honest im suprised at how many shops sell them and honestly think they should be dwa.

A word of advice to anyone thinking of keeping these amazing guys , get some experience handling them with someone who knows what there doing with them first and research loads. ( oh and try and keep youre fingers)
