ha ha such a funny story so pleased fred got home safe.....the article said he had some chips on his shell.....did they mean the potato type or that he had an attitude?! i hope his diet improves from here on!

there is so much conflicting advice on feeding and veternary care though isnt there, these people feel they are doing the best for thier tort as they know no better, i was in a pet shop yesterday which was selling horsefields and hermans and they had a list of foods to feed which comprised of, carrot, caui, brocoili, lettuce, apricot and fruit.!!!! so a lot of people are getting the wrong advice.. iam so glad they found fred id have been frantic.
