thanks everyone....when i get the oothecas this year your more than welcome to some babies.

p.s. jo, you could try squash them but i garantuee you wud just hurt your foot....these have very ahrd shells....and i mean hard. i saw a video on the net of a bloke shooting one of these with a air rifle, and nothing happened lol

lol, seriously tho a few years ago i triped over the dog and knock a tub of 50 crickets over, so i hoovered them up quickly and got them all. next moving them were all over the kitchen floor, they had climbed out of the hoover , so i had fun catching them wiht my hands and troughing them over nextdoors garden
