my hubby had to cut the grass he could get on yesterday, the 'lady of the house' complains but its probably the first time he's ever cut in January, the ground is to wet for the big mowers so he had to strim, just to keep her quite. The grass hasn't really stopped growing!

Is that right that grass usually stops growing in winter? my mum always use to say that but its looking pretty long to me.
