To be honest Nicky I can't remember I'm just off out now but will put measurements on later when I get back and have chance to measure it

The sides on my table are 12" high as I use 2" deep heavy duty seed trays filled with substrate.
I used 18mm thick red deal softwood panels to construct mine. If using plywood I personally would be aiming for 15mm minimum thickness ply especially if you are screwing it together for strength. Ade

The sides on mine are 15 inches high and the wood is 15mm thick
