When Teddy met Teddy

Went to see my grandson, Edward, again today and we took our little dog Teddy along too.
I sat on he sofa with Edward, Teddy came and sat next to me, he is never far from me. Teddy laid down and was going to sleep. I sat Edward up to he could see Teddy and Teddy looked up, sat up and walked over to Edward. He sniffed his little feet, then his hands and stood looking at his face for a few seconds, then looked at me, turned round and laid back down. He was so gentle, didn't touch him, just looked him over gave his approval and seemed satisfied with the situation. considering he's never seen such a young baby before he just seemed to know he had to be careful. God I love that dog.

Ah bless, that was a lovely moment Wendy. He knew he had no need to feel jealous and wasn't being told to stay away from the baby. I'm sure little Teddy will adore doggy Teddy as he gets old enough to sit up and watch. They'll be the best of pals.

He is such a special dog. Hasn't a bad bone in his body. They will be good friends, I'm sure.
