Heya Keith,

Big welcome to Shelled Warriors! I'm trying to get over to Arizona for a few days this year whilst I'm over in the States - I wanted to visit the Arizona-Sonora Museum.

See you around the boards!

One of my favorite places to go! I am an annual pass holder there. Definitely a place to be sure and see if you can.
They do alot of work with adoptions of our native desert tortoises, as well as many other things.

Went for a little drive today. Here is what I saw along the way. Too bad it will only last a few weeks.

Default Wow

Wow so jealous - just been out in my garden fastening everything down for the storm that is expected to hit here tonight, not sure that I would like the heat but I could cetainly use some warm sunshine at the moment.

Cacti are fab, do you get wild torts near you?

Anya

Yes, we have native desert tortoises here. Although it's not very common for people to see them. They are also very protected as a species here.

My sister said she saw loads of torts while she lived there. If she got too close they would hiss at her
