Bella just laid again
Second lot of eggs from Bella 2 this time that's 3 so far from her and Padmae had 4 lots with 5 out of seven eggs being fertile her very first egg ever was small and cracked and one hasn't developed. I don't have the heart to take it out of the incubator but running out of space. It's not done much but had a dark spot in it now is that a sign it's going bad?
I'm really happy with my clever tortoises they are amazing :0)

You've certainly got a good production line going Cheryl. Well done to Bella and Padmae.

You never saw any veins? It's probably not good (at least now ) but not sure you should toss it just yet. If there is no change in a week, than it's safe to toss it.

Never developed a ring of life or anything it's just got the black spot in it that's appeared in the last week or two. It can stay put for now. Can the start to develop after a while of doing nothing? It has a redness to the bottom when candled but not seen any signs of anything else. The other eggs have all developed normally 3 hatched and 2 nearly there they have all been in the same tub together in the incubator. I'm pretty shocked she laid so many fertile eggs it being her first year of laying. Thanks for the help ;0) x
