hi all found this lovely looking tort on gumtree but im not sure what sub speicies it is can anyone help ? they say hes a 2006, Greek spur thighed tortoise(i wonder if he is wc? very smooth shell)

gurrrr people make me x rang the man all excited (was going to get the tort and tell o/h santa gave him to me) his 9year old changed her mind and they are keeping it now why get a tort if there is any doubt you will keep it ?.... thanks all who had a guess at what it was. just not ment to be this time (she may change her mind again tho and i will be waiting )
