Wrong weights of seeds 5g instead of 50g

Hello i got the wrong weights of seeds sent 5g instead of 50g, Also the seeds that are incorrect weights are just "Tortoise seed mix"instead of "Luxury Tortoise Seed Mix" Dont know if this matters or not

Is the best way to contact via email (Only way i could see) and if so how long does it normally take to get a reply. Also does the store have an account as i can not see a login section/ link for one?

did you receive a response on this from the Shelled Warriors shop ? sorry you have had this experience it is not usual I dont think, C
