Default Please can you identify this old tortoise?

My neighbour has called today - his mum's tortoises have been out of hibernation for 3 weeks, one has already died and the other, this one still has not eaten. Please can you tell me what it is to start with. It is tiny, just 13cm and getting on for 100 years old. Thank you.

Tunisian spur-thighed tortoise, Testudo graeca nabeulensis. He shouldn't have been hibernated.

Temps ect. need to be checked first.

Thank you. I had my suspicions. They have been hibernated since she has had them - 50 plus years. I have him under the uv, what temp should it be at? Any other advise welcome.

Only have the BSP drops, but I will see if I can get them locally tomorrow, or do a next day delivery from online.

What weight should he be? He is 480g.

It should never have been hibernated, if it survives please tell not to hibernate it again.

How long shall I soak him for? And presumably kept warm under the light?
