Default Id please please please

Hello, just found this forum and thank god I have!
PLease can you guys help me identify the breed of my tortoise?
Every time I think I've cracked it I find something that disputes my findings!

Hi amyB i cant tell you the breed, just wanted to say your tort is gorgeous, has a lovely smooth shell!
You may need to post some plastron shots, that would make it easier for people to advise you.

I've no idea what kind it is but it is a really smooth shell as said above. Someone will ID it soon hopefully

It's a Spur-thighed, Testudo graeca, but without a plastron picture I can't tell subspecies.

hi your tortoise looks like graeca graeca ,i keep and breed these ,one of my females fred looks just like yours.this is her and then a picture of one of my homebred juveniles in a similar pose to yours.

I agree with Terry, it does look like a Graeca graeca, what a beauty! If you can get some plastron shots I'd really like to see them, and as Dan says it would be extra confirmation Have you any history on this fella?
