Default flaky skin

I have 2 lovely Hermanns. Both boys. Both have really flaky skin. All over their legs and neck. Can anything be done about this? Should I use some E45 cream?

Default Flaky skin

Thanks. I was worried. Seems that this is normal for this time of year.

Just posted this on the thread below.

Tortoises lose skin just like other reptiles do, but in pieces not all in one go. Provided there is no redness underneath, then leave well enough alone. Its all normal for tortoises.
Dont pull the skin off, dont put anything on the skin.
