2 new budgies
I picked up 2 budgies from a lady who couldn't keep them as she is getting too old to cope with them. They are very pretty, both boys and she called them both Tweety.
They had free flight around her bungalow so are not very tame.

They're lovely Wendy. Will you be able to introduce them to the rest of yours in the aviary or will they need to be kept separate?

They will go into the aviary eventually. They need to get used to each other first. I have put them next to the aviary so they can see each other. I don't think I can keep them in the cage for too long though, they are used to free flying so are not at all happy in the cage.

A bit like chickens then. They look quite young still. Do you know how old they are?

The blue one is about 2, the yellow is a year old. Well that's what the lady said, I think they may be a bit older.

Both beautiful colours but the yellow one is very unusual. Beautiful birds.
