Default a poo question - quite literally

ok bernard is fed on grass, hay, some weeds and a little salad. his poos seem normal. the last time i bathed ihim i put more water in the bath than normal and for the first time in ages he pood, when i topped up his bath today with warm water i didnt empty any out so it again was deeper than normal and he pood in their today too. my question is when he does it (his poo) seems to stay in a lump of sorts but breaks down and goes all aver as well in the water. it still looks like grass. i know leopards need grasses and high fibre foods but if it doesnt digest very well how do they get goodness from it? and should it break down that easy in the water?

sorry i know its not a nice topic but i just want to check its normal

If once he has pooped he moves around then this helps break the poo up. Well this is what
happens to my smaller ones sometimes.
