Those fans are terrifying! I've honestly never seen anything like it with them. I'm on Twitter, I think it really can be used positively but it is also a breeding ground for vile behaviour, evidently. The fans are often posting death threats and all sorts of disgusting messages to/about people who have somehow offended the band. I "get" loving an artist/band but the level of obsession you see amongst some of the fans is something else! I find it makes me question what is going on with their lives that they feel the need to put so much time and passion into obsessing over five young men that they don't even know. Or maybe I'm just not down with the kids any more
What I find saddest is that, horrible as the above story is, it didn't surprise me :/ some of those girls (mostly) are despicable
