South East Get Together
If I remember rightly something was mentioned last year about a possible meet at Lakeside does anyone know what happened to that idea, it is to far for us to go to Bristol both ways in a day and I don,t have any one to care for animals so we can,t stay away but I,m sure I,m not the only one who would love to meet others if it was nearer, I think London was mentioned as well but obviously that never came about any one else interested?

Hey Madmax,
Bristol is too far for me to travel aswell, and i wouldnt be allowed to stay away for a couple of days. London is fine for me, as i can get there and back with my nan in a day. I would LOVE to meet others - and if it was a bit nearer than bristol - i.e. London. I would sure as hell travel to meet others. |

maybe on the same weekend as the bristol zoo get together, people nearer this end could get together at london zoo or something? how many people could get to london more easily than bristol?

If the others have met at zoos before I wonder if they had a group reduction in entry fees or everyone just paid by themselves also if we told the zoo we were a tortoise forum whether we may be able to talk to the keepers or even see the torts behind the scenes, that would be nice
