SW Slimming Club for 2011
What about a SW slimming club!
I blame the snow for the few pounds I put on over Christmas and New Year as I couldn’t get out much! So, like many I am looking to lose a few pounds this year. No drastic weight loss regimes, just healthy eating, ditch the Double Deckers and exercise. I have the Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus and plan to set a goal over a 3 month period. Thought of having a SW slimming club for others to join in, set their goals and weigh in every week. Thought it might make me stick to it too! To save embarrassment only disclose the amount of weight you wish to lose and then each week how many Ibs you have lost or gained. Then we can offer support and encouragement to each other. Starting from Monday 10 January and weigh in on here is every Sunday. I wish to lose 10Ib in 3 months … So who’s joining the SW slimming club. Good luck

Good idea
I put weight on due to being very unmobile through out the year thanks to my foot problems I started my efforts to get rid of some of the extra weight gained on January 1st. I have lost 5lbs so far Not sure how much I want to lose, but I think the support and encouragement would be a great idea. |
