sorry if i wasn't clear, i'm not going to put them outside in the old guinea pig cage. when i had them outside today they were in an old guinea pig run but not the cage they are in now. i'm not going to put them outside in the guinea pig cage, i'm going to make them a proper enclosure (well try anyway!)

the boy one had virtually his whole head in his water bowl this morning, he was drinking or soaking for about 10 minutes! i did check he'd taken his head out of the bowl before i went to work

i dont think either of them have eaten today. their food was everywhere this morning and i couldn't tell. this evening neither of them have wanted any food i've offered them. the girl one again is really figity and doesn't seem to settle whereas the boy one just falls asleep really easily. i tried to feed her banana ( i know you're not supposed to but her paperwork said she liked it and i wanted to get her to eat) and she wouldn't eat it. she just keeps puffing and like blowing hard through her nose at me? does that mean anything?
i got a desk lamp and put it over their cage and they are both sitting under the light, well the boy one is but the girl one just keeps wriggling around |
