The white could be a fungal infection...often caused if they are exposed to damp/too much moisture....I have 3 rescue ibera who have all had skinny little legs!! lol

Hi...he looks to me as if he needs to build his muscles up...being in a viv is scarely opportunity to excercise those little legs.
I took one in in 2006....his legs are starting to look chunkier now!! in fact since he came out of hibernation he is storming around...will try to get a few pics later... I now have another from the same "breeder"....who is very light and very bumpy and a little flat...plus his legs are awful...that makes 3 from the same area....different sources they were rescued from and all 3 in pretty bad shape due to the recommended husbandry...I presume from the breeder...although I could be entirely wrong.. Personally I use an antifungal cream and keep it as dry as possible...it eventually settles and feeding on a slate wears it down...I wouldnt ignore it as I have seen beaks eaten away by infection...

yes she is very wobbly when walking, which is not much at the mo, she has been sleeping solid for a few days, but her history is pretty bad..
she has managed to eat a little this morning, so thats a improvement my other 2 spurs are little fatties, and are both the greedy eaters out of the lot, always ready for grub time |

it was not even a proper viv, it was a fish tank, stuck in the middle of a room, so was exposed on all 4 sides, which is why she is sleeping so much as she finally feels safe
