Default Mega-Ray

For one week only we have reduced the price of the Mega-Ray Bulbs, the company has been up and running for 4 years and we would like to invite you to purchase the new series Mega-Ray which is just as reliable and good as the Mega-Ray we had 3 years ago.

The 100w was £40.00 NOW £35.00

The 160w was £42.50 NOW £37.50

Thank you for reading.

no disrespect to anyone BUT with all the problems suffered by MR bulbs over the past few years £35 is not attractive enough to stop me buying arcadia next time.

I have always been very pleased with Mega-ray bulbs and the help and service I have received from Darren- I have used cheaper bulbs as spares though.

Every penny counts Paul !!!

That is my experience with the 160 Paul. Works well and lots of uv but runs a bit cooler than the older ones. But no problems with mine and I might take up the offer of a fiver off. The arcadia 100 isnt high in uv or heat but it is a useful lamp.

I'm more inclined to agree with you on this. I'm very happy with the arcadia I have and will be happy to replace it with another one when the time comes. There seemed to be a lot of trouble with both the bulbs and stock of the bulbs available, which left my tortoises without a bulb for many weeks.

I will likely take up this offer too. I've been using the new 160W megaray alongside same wattage arcadia and solarglo. I'd also say it was a little cooler but been happy with it.

It might suit some people to have it a bit cooler depending on their set up
