ok I'm on 11 hatchlings. 1 was born with a egg sacred. a with the great advise I've found on here. Hatchling is doing well.. I've got another 5 eggs that passed 50 days yesterday. Looks like groups going to be bigger by end of week.

The tortoise table has got a lot busier 😀

If you are using the glass fronted enclosure, then it would be a good idea to block the bottom four to five inches. As if they can see out, that's where they want to be. And this can stress them out, which in turn can bring on underlying illnesses.

Fabulous, well done!

I provide my babies with fake/ real plants & hides. As they are a prey animal in the wild they appreciate somewhere to hide. It also helps with humidity. (I prefer to use an "exo terra reptile cave") I have several sizes. Mine prefer the" medium" (but you might need two with that many babies! I found with the large one they would play climbing up the back, running across the top & diving off the higher front end!

OMG what a lovely picture of soooooo many babies. Lovely lovely lovey

I agree with Sandy, I would block out the glass. If they can see through, that's where they will want to go.
