Help / advice needed with Heat Lamp problem
Hi Guys. My poor Hermann has been making funny noises when breathing (sometimes), so he went to the vet yesterday to get some anti inflammatory and antibiotics (he's only a year old). Today it looks like runny nose syndrome as I saw some bubbles coming from his nose. But that's not the problem ... this morning I noticed his heat lamp didn't come on, I assumed the bulb had blown so this afternoon I went to get a replacement bulb. I've fitted the replacement bulb but its still not working I've got a ceramic Clamp Lamp which I only bought about a month ago - could the bulb blowing have broken the lamp???
I would rather not buy another one so if anyone has any ideas then please let me know. I will likely end up buying a new one tomorrow just so my poor tort can start getting better. In the meantime, is it a good idea to put him in the airing cupboard or somewhere warm? Any advice would be much appreciated by me and Cedric... |
