You right click in the white box and then click paste. Or alternatively you can click the white box then hold ctrl and press V

But you seem to have managed to paste it in the previous one, only your code is wrong, are you only selecting the IMG code and copying and pasting it?

You right click, then you should have a drop down menu on the screen. Find the one that says copy and left click that. Then go to the white box and right click in the box so you have the little flashing black line, then right click and on the drop down menu left click the word paste. A long code should now be on the screen.

the problem with this one is you have somehow not copied the full code, you have missed the IMG off the end of the code - it should read [/IMG] but instead you have just got the /] . Then you have pasted it again without removing the original code but it would have worked if you had either A) left a space between the two or B) deleted the first one.

You can choose 'preview' before posting which prevents you posting one that doesn't work
