I had eye problems with one of my horsfields, regular baths with help along with artificial gel tears containing hypromellose which are available from chemists, it could also be a vitamin A deficiency, how often do you supplement the food with nutrobal or a similar product?

You probabily want to use limestone flour more often, on most feeds. Reptivite maybe not quite as much but probably 2 or 3 times a week is ok, I don't use it im afraid so not 100% certain
With the substrate I would use a more 80:20 soil to sand, so more soil as it is quite likely that the sand is irritating the eyes.
Bathing daily is good
Hope this helps
