egg tooth
When do hatchlings loose their egg tooth?
My 4 are about a month old now and still have theirs. |

I'm curious to know this too, mine will be 2 months at the end of next week and still have their egg tooth.

Mine are a month old, still have the tooth, I can't remember when our Clive who's now nearly a year lost his! I guess its all a slow process being as everything with tortoises is slow, growing on etc.

Depends a bit on how much hard stuff like cuttlefish/tough weeds they bite on. Also if they feed off a rough surface............
