Surely its no different from conjoined human twins? I wonder if they know aboout its insides. And it doesnt look very young?

Poor thing, someone had a tort similar to that on here not so long ago, but unfortnetly had to be put to sleep... although the horsfield looks as though it stands a chance of acctually living a properly live..
