Now they are hatching, pop them onto damp kitchen paper. The one that's hatching, leave the others on the vermiculite until they start hatching, don't wet the vermiculite .

Can I put all of them on or just the hatching one? Just the incubator only has 1 shelf so I have to have them all in the one tub x

Oh not sure then, perhaps leave the hatching one where it is for now, once it's out it will need to go on damp paper if the yolk sac is still there, you could put it in a little tub in the viv ( once it's hatched ) the viv will be nice and warm.

I've put a bottle top off milkshake filled with water in the tub with the eggs so its next to them for now not sure if it will help or not the humidity is at 81% at the moment it was at 79% this morning so has gone up slightly. I'm leaving it alone for a few hours now don't want to keep opening and shutting the door will check later see if its done anything else x

They can take as long as 24hrs or even longer if they have any egg sac still there. It can be stressful waiting:0)
Fingers crossed for you its sooner rather than later:0)

It is stressful waiting, I agree. Luckily I noticed Chester starting to hatch when he already had a leg out the egg and it was late at night. I got to sleep through some of it, though woke up in the night and went to check a couple of times. By the morning he was a third of the way out and then it took just a couple more hours before he was fully hatched. Chester had absorbed his yolk sac though, so he didn't feel the need to sit around in his egg for long.
I'm sure you'll have some exciting news for us in the morning Cheryl. Then you have to go through it all again twice more!!

I know Emma and Bella keeps looking as if she might want to lay again so it could all start over again soon lol with a bit of luck she will give us all a rest for a while first though.

I'm fully enjoying watching Chester grow from teeny hatchling. You're going to love it!
What a clever girl Bella is.
