Hope everything goes well with these last two babies and they don't keep you waiting too long until they're safely hatched. x

Thanks emma. As long as it is ok, I hope egg 1 stays where it is for as long as possible. The smaller the yolk sac the better I think

Thank you. I have been watching and the hatchling is still very much alive and quite actively trying to push out. Don't think this one wants to hang about.
I have now got 3 different sized bottle tops ready smeared with Vaseline perhaps I was a Boy Scout in a former incarnation |

You will only need the tape if he keeps getting off if it sits there quite content dont use them.
The tape is for naughty boys |

Lol I think this one might just be a naughty boy. I keep telling him to stay still and go to sleep instead of trying to hatch. But he isn't listening!

Oh no, sounds like a lot has been going on while I have been out today! I hope he hatches slowly and doesn't give you too much trouble.

Yes a busy day for me, alleycat, and no doubt a long night as well!
He is staying put for the moment, thank goodness but not sure how long for. Iwould feel a little happier if I could see more what was going on. I can occasionally see part of the shell moves as he breathes but other than that can't see a thing. Egg 3 has his head out. He is a slow one and is taking his time. I think his ambition is to eat ALL of his shell and take a nap every 5 minutes ! |
