I am just testing the one I got second hand and I soaked a brick and placed it in the bottom, the humidity shot up then!

I too was caught out like this when I had Sid & Mabel, I was soo shocked (dont know why with an adult pair!!

)

I too used the Herp 2. Surrey pets actually sell extra shelves for about a fiver. I have two shelves & put water on base & in small containers around the egg containers on top two shelves. I hatched all ten of Mabels babies in it last year

She laid a single egg and then covered the nest in. The egg's in the incubator. Is it likely she'll lay more?
